Buy a pack, use the sounds, keep everything you earn. There is no cap on how many beats you sell, no percentage owed on a placement, and no separate licence to buy if a track does well. Commercial and non-commercial, music, film, games and adverts, all covered.

The only thing you cannot do is resell or repackage the sounds themselves, on their own or inside another sample pack or sound library.

Royalty free is not the same as copyright free

These get used interchangeably and they are not the same thing, which is where producers get caught out.

Royalty free means you pay once and owe no ongoing royalties. Someone still owns the copyright, you are licensed to use it. That is what these packs are.

Copyright free would mean nobody owns it at all, which is vanishingly rare and almost never what a sample site actually means when it says so. If a site tells you its samples are copyright free, read the licence.

Cleared samples are a third thing again. Services that licence real records get you legal access to a recording, but the original artist and publisher usually keep a share of what you release. That is a split, and a split is a royalty.

Why ours are genuinely royalty free

Because the music is original. Every composition in these packs was played and recorded by Looplair, so there is no third-party master and no third-party publishing sitting underneath it. Nothing was lifted off a record, which means there is no one else to pay and nothing to clear.

That is the whole reason we can put it this plainly. A site reselling material it does not own outright cannot.

Do I need to credit Looplair?

Appreciated, never required. Use the sounds without mentioning us at all if you prefer.

Do I need a new licence for each release?

No. One purchase covers unlimited use of that pack, for as long as you are making music.

What happens if a track blows up?

Nothing changes. There are no back-payments, no revenue thresholds and no renegotiation. That is the point of royalty free.

Do I have to clear anything with a label or publisher?

No. The compositions are original Looplair recordings, so there is no rights holder behind them to clear with.

Can I use these in a film, a game or an advert?
