Each pack's licence is stated on its own product page. This explains how it works.
Where do the sounds come from?
Original compositions, played and recorded by Looplair. That is why most of the catalogue can be fully royalty free.
Are the samples royalty free?
Most of the catalogue is fully royalty free. Each pack's licence is stated on its own product page, so check there for the pack you want.
A small number, generally older releases, may still need major label clearance. The product page is always the thing to go by.
Can I sell beats with these, or release commercially?
Yes for the fully royalty free packs, which is most of what we sell. No royalty split, no stream limit, nothing to clear. The pack's page confirms which terms apply to it.
Sync, YouTube and TikTok?
Yes, on the same basis. Sync for TV, film and advertising, and monetisation on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and the rest.
Can I resell the samples in my own pack or loop kit?
No. Chop it, flip it, build with it, but the result has to be your music, not new source material for someone else.

Where are my files?
Your download links are in your order confirmation email. Search your inbox for Looplair, then check spam.
My download link has expired.
Links can expire. Send your order number through the contact form and we will re-issue it.
I never got the confirmation email.
Check spam first. If it is not there, send us the email address you ordered with and we will find the order.

What format are the samples?
24-bit WAV.
Do I get stems?
Yes. Every pack includes stems.
Are they labelled by key and tempo?
Yes. Everything is labelled with BPM and key, so it drops in already matched to your session.
Will they work in my DAW?
Yes. WAV files load in every DAW. Unzip the download fully before dragging anything in, rather than previewing inside the zip.
Payment and refunds
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Packs are delivered instantly as downloadable files, so we do not offer refunds.
If something is wrong with a file, contact us and we will fix it.
